We are a non-profit law firm specializing in representing clients facing immigration issues as well as criminal charges. Through our organization we provide full service immigration and criminal representation, translation, and legal document writing. Outside of legal representation we will provide legal document creation and legal document translation for files that are to be used in the court of law. We have established a flat hourly rate of $100 for all services, depending on where your individual income falls against the federal poverty guidelines and the amount of dependents in your home you receive a discount from the flat hourly rate. The immigration and criminal defense representation we provide is further based on a flat fee based upon the relief or representation you are seeking with the same format of discount based upon the federal poverty guidelines.
