Every small team has a handful of jobs that eat hours and require no judgement at all. Copying data between two systems. Chasing a status update. Rebuilding the same report every Monday. Retyping a form response into a task.
I automate those, using Make.com, Zapier and native tool automations, with AI in the loop only where it genuinely helps rather than as decoration.
WHAT I BUILD
- System to system. Forms, CRM, project tool, spreadsheets and billing kept in sync without anyone rekeying anything.
- Intake and routing. A lead or request arrives, and the task is created, assigned, prioritised and acknowledged automatically.
- Reporting. Weekly numbers gathered and posted into the dashboard or the leadership channel on schedule.
- Nudges. Overdue work, stalled deals and unanswered requests surfaced to the right person automatically.
- AI where it earns its place. Summarising long threads, drafting first-pass replies, classifying and tagging incoming requests, turning meeting notes into tasks.
- Documentation. Every scenario written up so you are not dependent on me to change it later.
HOW I SCOPE IT
First I work out how many hours a week the task really costs and whether automating it pays back inside a quarter. If it does not, I will tell you and we will skip it. Half of the value here is not building the wrong automation.
