  • Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied, positive, and in good standing while promoting growth in sales.
  • Handle all aspects of taking successful new product concepts through commercialization where appropriate, and develop an introduction team with members from key functional areas to ensure a coordinated and successful introduction 
  • Call clients and make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their future needs.
  • Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
  • Communicate with new B2B segments, Modern trades, Export Markets, OEM companies, and develop new products.
  • Promote Business locally and globally Manage Orders and dispatches.
  • Responsible for new account acquisition, profitability targets, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and promotional satisfaction 
  • Attend sales meetings, vendor training, and local trade shows to keep current with technology.
  • Prepare proposals and ensure the completion of all customer and internal agreements and processes.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally to drive the customer-to-concept process to bring new products to market 
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Packaging, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure a thorough understanding of emerging new ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing technology. Incorporate this learning into the new product development process
