Mechanical Design & 3D CAD Modelling for Machines and Products

I am a Mechanical Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and improving industrial machinery and mechanical components. I’ve worked on production machines, sheet-metal structures, welded frames, jigs & fixtures, and custom parts from concept to manufacturing.

• 3D CAD modelling of parts and assemblies (SolidWorks / Creo / CATIA)

• Detailed 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions and tolerances (GD&T)

• Sheet metal design – brackets, cabinets, covers, enclosures

• Machine frames & supports for pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, etc.

• Design updates/improvements to existing machines and parts

• Converting hand sketches or old drawings into clean CAD models

• BOM preparation and minor design documentation

Deliverables you receive

• 3D CAD files (e.g., SLDPRT / .SLDASM / .STEP)

• 2D drawings in PDF + source CAD files

• Exploded views, section views, and basic render images, if needed

• Files prepared so your manufacturer/workshop can start immediately
