With several years of experience supporting and securing Microsoft environments within managed service provider (MSP) environments, I specialise in identity and security across Microsoft 365 tenants. My focus is helping organisations improve their security configuration and reduce common risks such as compromised accounts, weak authentication policies and misconfigured identity controls.
Services can include reviewing your current Microsoft 365 security posture and Secure Score, identifying security gaps and implementing improvements based on Microsoft best practices. I can assist with configuring multi-factor authentication, CA policies and modern authentication methods such as passwordless or FIDO2 authentication.
Additional work may include reviewing administrative roles and permissions, improving identity security settings within Entra ID and providing guidance on strengthening overall Microsoft 365 security controls.
Typical engagements involve remote review of tenant configuration, discussion of security objectives and implementation of improvements directly within your environment.
All work should be carried out securely using delegated temporary administrative permissions to your Microsoft 365 tenant.
