Cybersecurity specialist focused on securing Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments through identity protection, tenant security reviews and modern authentication best practices.
I am a cybersecurity professional specialising in Microsoft 365 and identity security, with experience supporting and securing business environments within managed service provider (MSP) environments.
My work focuses on strengthening the security posture of Microsoft cloud environments, particularly around identity and access management. I regularly work with technologies across the Microsoft ecosystem including Entra ID, Conditional Access, multi-factor authentication, passwordless authentication and Microsoft 365 tenant security configuration.
Prior to specialising in cybersecurity, I worked in first and second line technical support roles supporting small and medium business infrastructures. This background provided broad hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 administration, Windows environments, user support, networking, device configuration and general IT infrastructure troubleshooting. That experience now complements my security work by allowing me to understand both the operational and security aspects of business technology environments.
I hold several industry certifications including:
• Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• CompTIA Security+
• CompTIA Network+
• ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
• Microsoft Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
Through freelance work I aim to help organisations improve their Microsoft 365 security posture by identifying configuration gaps, implementing modern identity protection practices and strengthening tenant security controls.
Outside of technology, I enjoy keeping active through calisthenics and kettlebell training, riding motorcycles and spending time with family and my girlfriend. I also enjoy gaming, anime and exploring new places to eat. I value balance between professional growth and personal interests, which helps keep me motivated and focused both in and out of work.
My goal is always to deliver clear, practical solutions that genuinely improve security while keeping environments manageable for the organisations that rely on them.
