  One thing I like about working with their team is they are hands on and very responsive. I've had experience with another company [Infograins and others] and they not only don't respond but they take more task that they are capable of doing yet don't do the job and when in touch, they don't respond and ignore you. With Karmick Solutions, I back them up 100% and if you want a good team go for them. I used them to improve our Magento shopping cart platform. They created a plug in and did a POS system on the backend and it worked fine. Few challenges came up in the process, but they handled it nicely. Very polite. Shyam and Partha were my guys and they did great.
