- Handles inbound calls and online support cases and inquiries from customers all over the world but mainly US clients, partners and internal employees within major product area expertise and effectively triages those outside area of expertise and transfers to the next Support level - Identifies NetSuite software defects using and reports to Quality Assurance/Development for investigation of root cause and fixing. - Works on problems that require expertise in areas such as Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Expense Allocation and Reporting, Chart of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation and Journal Entries - Handles and evaluates moderately complex situations where options can be selected from specified options and judgement is based on practice and precedence. - Conducts trainings to new hires and oversee their progress and performance to properly endorse them either for additional training or for their go live.
