Manage a project to design a new or modify an existing product label design or brand range design to optimize shelf appeal and consumer purchase intent. I lead the project as a project manager and do not work as a designer myself (I manage the designers). My services include writing the design brief, selecting design agency('s), briefing the agency, reviewing and modifying design routes as per feedback, testing the designs with a research function/agency and expanding the design into the necessary substrates / communication platforms.
