I use my 25-year experience in revenue growth management (RGM) with market leaders The Coca-Cola Company and Arla Foods amba to drive profitable revenue and KBI's for brands and products.
I am an American citizen living in Europe for the last 20+ years. After receiving my MBA from Emory University in 1991, I began my 21-year career with The Coca-Cola Company working in packaging innovation and marketing, first for Coke USA and then in the Global Marketing Division. After becoming a global expert on consumer packaging, I transferred with Coke to Vienna, Austria in 1997 and became the Packaging & Pricing Strategy Manager for the Central European Division, running quantitative pricing and packaging studies (including conjoint) across 23 markets and guiding those markets in Pack Price Strategy. I then began a series of positions in strategic and operational marketing in Romania, Bulgaria, Austria and Switzerland, which culminated in my promotion to Country Manager for Coke in Austria in 2009. I led a 9-person brand marketing team through two restructurings, the financial crisis and a new business model introduction, to all-time high sparkling soft drink category value share, including 19 consecutive increases in share. In each year, I built the local revenue growth management strategy to optimize sales with the right brand, in the right location, at the right time, with the right message to capture value at the point of sale. After a brief consulting stint in 2013, I joined Arla Foods amba in Denmark as Global Innovation Director for Castello cheese, where I also ran important pricing optimization studies in the U.S. and Sweden, leading to significant changes in pricing strategy.
