Based on a well-written packaging design brief, I tender an offer to different packaging design firms and select the winner. I then run the entire package design development project, liasing with cross-functional company teams, to review and fine tune the designs. Having selected and built models, I lead the process to qualitatively test with target consumers how the package design evokes the brief. After a fine-tuning phase, the winners are put into a quantitative test(s) to deliver on the decision criteria for introducing a new package design. I also have experience working with technical and commercialization team to modify the winning design to work within the production envelope. I work with the brand, communication and in-store activation teams to develop a communication and launch plan integrating the new package benefits into consumer communication.
