Nonprofit back office and governance work, from somebody doing it right now for two organisations.
I am Club Manager of a provincially affiliated amateur sport society that has no executive director, reporting directly to a volunteer board. That means I personally carry governance, policy development, safe sport compliance, financial reporting, facility contracts, member communications, and the disputes nobody else wants to touch. I also co-founded an environmental education nonprofit and built it from incorporation through active programming, farmers market outreach, school partnerships, sponsorship development, budgeting and grant research.
What I can do for your organisation: multi year financial reconciliation turned into board ready reporting, policy and bylaw drafting and review, safe sport and compliance programme design, member and donor communication systems, registration and payment workflows, volunteer and contractor management structures, competitive and landscape analysis with a recommended board strategy, grant readiness documentation, and any of the systems work in my other services applied at nonprofit budgets.
One example worth naming: I run a club's entire member communication system inside its own Google Workspace. Monthly newsletter, automated registration notices, retention surveys feeding straight into board decisions, anti spam compliant, no third party vendor and no per member fee. For an organisation counting every dollar, that difference compounds.
I understand the constraint that defines this sector. Everything has to work with almost no staff and almost no money, and it still has to survive an audit.
