Revenue Operations and AI Automation Architect | HubSpot, Make.com, Zapier, Apps Script | JD with 15+ years across legal and business operations

I build the systems a business actually runs on: the CRM, the automations, the reporting, and the operating rules underneath all three.

Since 2019 I have run Pomeroy Agency, a revenue and operations consultancy. My clients are usually five to fifty people, growing faster than their systems can handle and losing money in the gaps. Leads that never get followed up. Invoices that never get reconciled. Reports nobody trusts. I map what is actually happening, then rebuild it as something that runs without heroics. A full install takes six to eight weeks.

REVENUE OPERATIONS AND CRM. HubSpot implementation, migration, pipeline architecture, lifecycle stages, lead routing, deal hygiene, forecasting. I have taken CRMs a sales team had stopped opening and rebuilt them into the tool they check first.

AUTOMATION. Make.com, Zapier, Google Apps Script. Production automations with real error handling, retry logic and idempotency, not three step chains that fail silently and nobody notices until Friday. Recent work includes a Make.com to QuickBooks Online build covering invoice, payment, undeposited funds and deposit, designed so a rerun can never duplicate a record.

AI WORKFLOWS AND AGENTS. Claude and OpenAI integrations, AI assisted reporting, document processing, research pipelines, internal tools. My strongest build is a fully autonomous daily publishing system for a nonprofit: Claude writes the copy and an image prompt, an image is generated and hosted, a Python step runs an AI vision review before anything goes out, a storage key blocks duplicates, and a Google Sheet is the queue and audit trail. Running unattended since June.

REPORTING. Looker Studio dashboards wired to live sources so leadership stops arguing about whose number is right.

PAID MEDIA. I spent 2026 as Marketing and Operations Manager at a home services lead generation agency, holding 20+ client accounts across roofing, HVAC and gutter contractors. Every account was diagnosed against one funnel: lead volume, lead quality, booking rate, show rate, close rate.

LEGAL OPERATIONS. I hold a Juris Doctor (Thomas Jefferson School of Law, 2013) and a UCLA Political Science degree (2008). Nine years in California law firms as a senior paralegal in trusts, estates and probate, then Legal Director of a cross border private client firm. I am not admitted to any bar and I do not give legal advice. What I offer is the work that needs no license: contract drafting and review, legal research and memos, entity formation and corporate maintenance, trust and estate administration, probate filings, and legal operations design. That background is why my systems work holds up. I think in audit trails.

Based on Vancouver Island, Canada. I work across Canada and the US and am authorized in both. I write a scope before starting, send a written update weekly, and hand over documentation at the end. If your project needs a licensed attorney or a stack I do not know, I will say so on the first call.

Work Terms

AVAILABILITY. 20 to 30 hours per week, Pacific Time. Standing overlap with Eastern and Central, and European mornings by arrangement.

HOW I PRICE. Hourly for discovery, audits, troubleshooting and ongoing support. Fixed price for defined builds, quoted after a short scoping call so the number is real rather than a guess. Larger installs run on three or four milestones across six to eight weeks.

PAYMENT. All work invoiced and paid through Guru SafePay. Milestones funded up front and released on delivery.

HOW I WORK. Written scope before anything starts. A short written update at least once a week. Documentation and a handover walkthrough at the end. If something is going to slip, you hear it from me before you notice it.

COMMUNICATION. Guru messaging for the record, plus scheduled video for kickoff, milestone reviews and handoff.

WHAT I WILL NOT DO. Work I cannot do well. If your project needs a licensed attorney, a Salesforce architect, or a stack I do not know, I will tell you on the first call and point you somewhere better.
