Lead generation for contractors, home services companies and local businesses, run by someone who has carried the full book rather than just the ad account.
I spent 2026 as Marketing and Operations Manager at a home services lead generation agency, holding more than twenty active client accounts across roofing, HVAC and gutter contractors. The industry norm for that seat is eight to twelve.
Every account was diagnosed against the same five step funnel: lead volume, lead quality, booking rate, show rate, close rate. That framework matters more than the ad account does. If leads are arriving and appointments are not getting booked, adding budget makes the problem worse and more expensive. I find where the funnel actually breaks before I touch spend.
What I run: Meta campaign strategy and build, audience and geographic targeting, service area and coverage logic, creative direction and structured testing, budget allocation, landing page and form optimisation, lead routing into the CRM, speed to lead automation, appointment setter workflows and scripts, and reporting that ties spend to booked revenue instead of to clicks.
I am not the cheapest Meta buyer on this platform and I am not trying to be. If you want somebody to push budget into a campaign there are thousands of options here. If you want the lead to turn into a job on the calendar, that is the work I do.
