I know what it's like to be overweight, I'm 5'11 and at my heaviest I was 211lbs. I felt like crap, my clothes didn't feel good on me and my confidence was low. I got down to my lowest weight of 169lbs losing a little more than 40lbs! Now I'm excited to help others in need with their weight loss and live a healthier life.
We will use the app LogEat, we will start by giving you a a client assessment form to see where you're currently at. You can give a before picture along with your weight to see where you start. You will log your foods that you eat and I'll be able to see it as well for accountability. I will check in with you once a week to see how you're doing. Even though we just check in once a week you're still welcome to message me any day of the week and I can be there for your support.
