In December of 2020 I was 211lbs and I'm 5'11. I found the motivation to become a better version of myself. Eating right and working out consistently. By November of 2021 I got down to my lowest of 169lbs. Losing a little more than 40lbs! Now I'm a certified Nutrition Coach with NASM. I believe my purpose in life is to help others become healthier by eating right. Even though I love the gym but you simply can't out train a poor diet. So I understand that nutrition is a huge part in reaching your fitness goals!
