I can also develop systems and processes (revenue management) for a business that does not have any, for instance, a sales process, a law practice process, an event management process, hostel management process, HR process, office procedures, etc, using Microsoft Access for database management and recommend suitable softwares depending on the size of your business. I worked as an executive secretary and an office manager for over 10 years working for very senior executives and now want to do my own freelance providing the same kind of services remotely. Over the years, I have compiled documents that cover various departments in an organisation: Planning and Management; Sales and Marketing; Human Resources; Finance and Accounting; Internet and Technology; Operations and Logistics; Real Estate and Legal.
