Health care provider, and employer, Hiring, training, scheduling and Payroll for 5 years. We are experienced in Accounting, Data Entry, Event Planning, Email Support, Excel (Certified), Research, Transcription (English, Spanish and French), and Web Site Maintenance (updating). Our team has over 35 years of Customer Service experience; this includes Appointment Setting, Customer Support within a call center, Fact Finding, and Telemarketing (Sales). We work both day and evening. We would like the opportunity to help you with your project. At the present there are 14 of us able to handle the tasks that you have. We really wanted this to work out with this provider. She had excellent feedback on Guru, however, I believe her team truly let her down. We sent a transcript back for re-editing and her editor completely let the ball drop on this and sent back an even worse transcript than the original. Judith really wanted to work with us and asked for another chance, letting the editor go, and unfortunately, I think this project was out of their league. The second transcript was better, but unfortunately it still required an immense amount of editing on our part. Judith is great, but unfortunately her team definitely let her down.
