I'm graduated from the faculty of music education, my major instruments are Piano n cello ,My minor instruments are guitar,mandolin,accodrion,xylophone , flute recorder and i'm a singer, i have 8 years experience in the music field as a musician n a music teacher. I worked as a customer service agent with Vodafone UK, Teleperformance Egypt (Expedia Canada) ,Fetchr contact center . I have 3 years experience in that field.
