My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have worked with an e-commerce website based in the US for 4 years in a work-at-home type of setting and have developed impeccable phone manners and and ability to deal with agitated and distressed customers.
My duties included assisting customers through phone using Five9 and email using Zendesk. We do price-match, answer general inquiries, returns, cancellations, warranties and refunds. I've also answered about 50-80 emails per day depending on call queues. I always make sure to reply within hours once the customer sent an email.
