Professional Customer Service Rep

My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have worked with an e-commerce website based in the US for 4 years in a work-at-home type of setting and have developed impeccable phone manners and and ability to deal with agitated and distressed customers.

My duties included assisting customers through phone using Five9 and email using Zendesk. We do price-match, answer general inquiries, returns, cancellations, warranties and refunds. I've also answered about 50-80 emails per day depending on call queues. I always make sure to reply within hours once the customer sent an email.

I'm highly initiative to manage a busy workload without close supervision. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives. I can multitask and I'm very reliable. What makes me different from all the other candidates is my passion for providing a great service, my determination to ensure that everyone is satisfied and my willing to own a problem and see it through to the end.
