As a Project Construction Engineer, I have used my skills in project management to solve organizational problems in the aspect of conflict resolutions and workforce management process. I drafted different work out plans for different project activities of various construction industries using ASANA Project Management Software design. This has helped many companies to achieve their targets to execute a project within deadline dates. As a Junior Project Manager, I work closely with the human safety officer(HSE) to ensure adequate safety measures are put in place to avoid construction site hazards by cordoning off  danger zones within the project working areas.
