With over 15 years in IT and IS, I grew up playing on my father’s computers, started writing code for local companies in high-school, programmed my way through college working contracts, and have never looked back - spending the past 16 years working with a variety of public institutions, research organizations, and businesses I specialize in communication and solving problems as a team. Whether I am talking to an end-user or executive, a trusted team member or brand new customer, I can seamlessly bridge the gaps between them; getting to the root of problems quickly; and solving them with creative, robust team-built solutions. Combining strong system design fundamentals with organizational behavior techniques to create and lead high performing, cross-functional teams, I have the proven ability to guide multiple, simultaneous projects through the entire Product Life Cycle; including teams of up to 15 people, both co-located and virtual; in country and overseas Most importantly, working with smart people to build awesome software that solves the tough problems is something I truly enjoy doing.
