The complexity increases with the size of the project. Routine projects may be easy to execute but new ones will throw up challenges. The cost or budget depends on the size and complexity of the project. In some cases projects may be executed by teams in different countries and overall management will be challenging. It is difficult to handle external dependencies than internal ones.
