  1. setup chart of accounts appropriate for your business, provide monthly transaction processing, monthly bank and credit card reconciliations, auto bank rules, customize reports

  2. mass import of transactions such as journal entries, invoices, bills into Quickbooks Online from Excel spreadsheet or any csv file, such as from Expensify, Harvest, Paypal, banks and credit cards 

  3. Excel : expert templates / VBA scripts & macros / advanced data lookups using multiple criteria / text parsing Google Sheets : custom scripts: email with attachment from sheet, copy data to other sheet, export csv to import transactions to Quickbooks, print to PDF, triggers 

  4. Expensify setup: auto categorization rules, connect to credit card pool transaction feeds, import to separate accounts in Quickbooks

  5. Quickbooks Desktop : inventory, non inventory, assembly, group items - exports into Excel, modifications, imports via IIF Accounting : corporate tax / sales tax / bank reconciliations / financial reporting / payroll consulting 

  6. Vast experience in working with data exports from: - PSIGate / Stripe / Paypal payment gateways - Amazon, Magento, Shopify back end systems - Banks, Visa & Mastercard - Freshbooks, Expensify, Harvest, Gusto and any tool that exports an IIF or csv file Integration of financial data into: - Excel templates - Quickbooks Pro, Premier & Quickbooks Online - Simply Accounting Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor for Desktop and Quickbooks Online
