Hello, I have the requisite skills and experience to deliver very efficient quickbooks online accounting support to companies in the US and Canada..
I can efficiently reconcile bank and credit cards and manage the monthly close process including preparing management reports.
I can also set you up to use apps such as Gusto for payroll, bill.com for vendor payments, Expensify for ERs with auto credit card feeds and importing to QBO, and any OCR app like Hubdoc is welcomed. Internal bill pay in QBO has OCR as well.
I use both Avalara and Taxjar for state sales taxes, and have a unique way of entering a multi-state invoice in QBO with sales taxes for all relevant jurisdictions if required by the receiving customer (Costco with warehouses in different states on one invoice for example).
I ensure that you have state sales and use taxes and GST/PST/HST coded properly on relevant transactions, and register and file your sales taxes with the relevant jurisdictions.
I have 10 years of quickbooks online experience and am a Pro Advisor. I have helped many companies transition from QB Desktop to QB Online, and am very efficient at supporting companies on a monthly basis to keep their books in order and fully reconciled to the bank and credit cards, and all invoicing up to date.
The key to this is not hourly rate, but the overall monthly cost and efficiency along with clear and constructive communication such that time is used as best as possible.
