For the last 2 years and 8 months, I have been working offshore as an HR Recruitment Specialist for a call center company based in the US. In my current role as a recruiter I develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools. Evaluate candidates’ strengths compared with clients’ requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate. Previously, I worked for a high volume customer-support call center for a satellite television service provider and online retail company. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no shows and equipment malfunctions. I consistently met my "customer satisfaction" goals, being able to make most of the customers I interact with very happy and satisfied. I am used to working in a fast paced environment, and I commit to provide only quality service.
