You’ll work directly with me—Harvard-trained marketer, ex-Leo Burnett Art Director, and creator of record-setting campaigns for Cadillac/GMC/Buick—to turn your existing slides into a regional-committee results deck in 3 days. I combine award-winning craft with performance rigor: every slide is rebuilt for narrative clarity, OEM co-op compliance, and data-driven persuasion around dealer KPIs (CPL, ROAS, lead quality, set/show rate, cost-per-sale, inventory turn). Steps for completing your project

  1. After purchasing the project, send requirements so Andrew can start the project. Delivery time starts when Andrew receives requirements from you. 
    1. Upload your existing deck (PDF / PPTX / KEY / G-Slides). Please attach the current slides so I can audit structure, copy, and visuals before redesigning.
    2. Share brand assets (logo, hex colours, fonts). A ZIP or link to your brand-guide keeps the refreshed deck perfectly on-brand.
    3. State the deck’s goal, who decides, and time allotted. Example: "Regional committee approval; 15-min slot; attendees: GM + Field Marketing.".
    4. List required metrics. Auto retail: CPL, ROAS, set/show, cost-per-sale, inventory turn. If fundraising/corporate: revenue/ARR, growth, TAM/SAM/SOM, the ask.
    5. Constraints & approvals. Any legal lines, non-negotiable copy, brand/co-op rules, and who signs off (names & deadline).
  2. Andrew works on your project following the steps below. Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
    1. Audit & Kick-Off: I study your uploaded deck, flag visual/narrative gaps, and confirm project goals (same day).
    2. Style Concept & First Five Slides: Develop a fresh look—typography, colour palette, layout—and redesign half the deck for approval.
    3. Full 10-Slide Redesign: Roll the approved style across all slides, refine copy flow, and add subtle animations.
    4. Client Review & 1 Revision: You receive the full draft, leave inline comments, and I implement one round of edits.
    5. Final Delivery & Export: Send polished PPTX + PDF, plus usage tips and a thumbnail preview sheet for quick sharing.
  3. Review the work, release payment, and leave feedback to Andrew.
