Please note that this service is not inclusive of any visit to be made to the concerned Department/Sessions Court, on an order of hearing issued by the Registrar of Trademarks, in case of an objection arisen on any grounds not discussed at the time of application. Also note that Government fee is not included. Invoice shall be issued on acknowledgement of payment.
