Working as a Senior Business Analyst, I was involved in multiple assignments related to secondary research. My role involved conducting primary and secondary market research for ICT industry including telecom and enterprise segment, healthcare industry, broadcast and consumer electronics industry. I had generated market trend reports and conceptualized and executed market-based stories, and presented progress reports. My role included identifying trends, collating data, questionnaire design, identifying target segments, report generation and designing the approach and scope of the effort to implementation. I also conducted interviews personally as well as via leveraging the vendor network and managed relationships with consultants and specialists.
