Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology, one of Turkcell Global Bilgi's digital solutions, has reportedly boosted business process efficiency. RPA helped Turkcell Global Bilgi save 7,000 hours per month last year; over the same time period this year, it helped 3000 distinct business processes save 70 000 hours. As a result, it increased efficiency by 10 times.
Therefore, the back office operations, operational reporting, follow-up demand and complaint management, and the finance and human resources departments were where Turkcell Global Bilgi deployed robots the most. Robots actively participated in procedures that required regulatory compliance in addition to these. The 24/7 operation of robots that automate repetitive activity in all these business domains has reduced the margin of error to almost zero. While RPA is favored in many areas, including finance, accounting, manufacturing, and retail globally, the healthcare and customer service sectors have also heavily utilized robots.
