Hello, my name is Ivory. I have worked in the BPO industry for 3 years. I started working for Target card services as a Financial and Authorization specialist. I handled credit cards and debit cards, I was also part of the collections team for accounts that are delinquent for 30 to 60 days. I also worked as a personal assistant for a real estate investor wherein I do a lot of task, like answering incoming calls, handling email, property research, creating buyers list, calling out the people on our buyers list and also posting ads of the properties we have available online, like on craigslist and backpage.com after my contract ended, i worked as a Telemarketer / Appointment setter for a real estate company for 9 months, I'm calling out expired leads, FSBO, and other areas in South Carolina specially in Charleseton area.
