👋Hi there
For SaaS Development:
- Define the problem you’re solving correctly, as that’s what will help you to use the right tools for the right task
- Define the target correctly, knowing for whom you’re building is important
- Define your marketing strategy early on, because again, that will help you choose the right tools for the right task
Once those 3 things are clear, your SaaS will often need this list:
- A marketing website or page
- The tool itself you’re going to build (design + tech)
- A payment gateway
- An analytics tool
- A hosting service
If you’re launching a new SaaS, you have to “ship fast” and not overengineer stuff.
What does ship fast mean? Shipping shitty code? No. Ship fast means making choices. Choices that can make you launch faster to see if you have product-market-fit.
Choices to test your core idea and fix any skill issues you may have. Stop getting ahead of yourself, if your project blows off, you’ll have a rich-person problem, and thus, money or exposure to fix it.
Don’t try to fix an unpredictable future.
Let's discuss in more detail.
