I have been in Sales Operations as the lead Salesforce Architect for 6 years (4.5 in an Insurance firm and 1.5 in High Tech firm). I've lead and deployed multiple Sales, Marketing, Services, and other back office department solutions including: -Sales Cloud I have a proven track record of leading end to end initial roll outs of the platform or single modules to operationalize new processes or teams onto the platform. My professional mission is to not waste anyone's time and produce high-value outcomes. The methods I espouse to during engagements with customers include: 1) Integrity, Openness, and Empathy towards all team members. We are all working towards a common goal and, many times, deploying a new Salesforce piece can be disruptive to the contributors and/or end users. I have learned through my numerous 'Go Lives' that the more appreciation of planning to prevent disruption generates better solutions and higher adoption rates 2) Listening intently to understand your business needs and operations and level of change being introduced 3) Create visual documents to capture requirements and gain consensus 4) Deliver timely and accurate recommendations based on your needs and budget 5) Accountability that deliverables are built to specifications and are fully tested 6) Promote Strong and Consistent Communication between all members of the Project team -Leading discussions to gather requirements from different functional groups -Creating working docs for engagements -Process and System design -System configuration and Development -UAT -End User training; Train the Trainer -Deployment and support of all solutions.
