Experience:  As an independent Advocate in District Courts, High Court, labour tribunal, Income tax tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, District and state consumer Forum and National consumer commission. I have good experience in Arbitration proceedings. Civil litigation disputes, Mediation, Criminal cases, Motor Vehicles Accident cases, Family disputes, divorce, and restitution of conjugal rights. Separations, Maintenance, guardianship, worked as legal consultant for 1) Corporate Hospitals, 2) leading Transport financing companies, settled more than 100 cases amicably.  Dealt with major projects work and construction organization and to reporting the activities to   the Senior Legal Counsel and also supporting the General Counsel and used to supporting the legal team and wider business on a range of corporate and commercial matters. and took many responsibilities to Negotiating, advising and drafting commercial agreements and the development of contracts; Building relationships with a range of stakeholders; Working on bids, contracts and tenders for new business opportunities; Supporting the business with litigation matters; and Providing support around compliance and regulatory issues.
