I have 4 plus years of experience and feel that I can provide you with really good resources. I have considerable hands-on expertise in end-to-end IT Tech 365 Recruiting. Below is a brief description of my experience.

 

As a Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for sourcing and closing out prospects as well as full life cycle recruitment. I've worked on almost all of the major job boards, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Indeed. I've also worked with Boolean logic strings and searches, among other platforms However, I mostly utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to find applicants since I value quality above quantity.

 

Here is an overview of my recent experience:

 

  • Individual Client Handling (Responsible for Client Relationship i.e., gathering the requirements.
  • From clients, working on them & closing positions at the earliest).
  • Identifying the Client and candidate requirements and setting a perfect match.
  • Sourcing of candidates from the database, referrals, and Job portals like Dice, Monster, and Carrier
  • Builder as per the client's requirements.
  • Worked on Tri Net ATS.
  • Sourced resumes from LinkedIn for Different positions using different Boolean queries.
  • Closed various IT positions by sourcing resumes through LinkedIn.
  • Screened Candidates and used tools like Glider to Tech Screen Candidates.
  • Scheduling of candidates for the first and subsequent round of interviews, offer negotiations & post joining follows up’s. I have also extensive knowledge of all the recruiting terminologies and different visa status in USA.
  • Taking continuous feedback from the client and the candidate.
  • Acting as a mediator between the client and the candidate.
  • Handling the end-to-end recruitment of entry, middle and senior management positions.
  • Follow up with the client and candidates after the candidate joining the organization to ensure the satisfaction of both the candidate and the client.
  • Successfully closed various IT positions like Dynamics CRM Developer, .Net Developer, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Software Developer, Frontend Developer, Account Manager, and Backend Developer.
  • Mentored two Recruiters.
  • Generated weekly metrics and reports to asses variances and ensure continuous improvement of the recruitment, onboarding, and off-boarding process.
  • Finding the best leads to develop the business leads.
