Skilled Customer Service Representative

I used to work in the BPO industry for about 7 years and been in the Customer Service industry for about 3 years, worked with Telco and Tech support, and online shopping account as an order taker and Customer service Representative. I also handled complaints and assisted customers with products' concerns. In addition to that, I also work as a Collection Specialist for 2 years. I was an Image Annotator in an Australian Company for almost a year and my main task is to annotate the images and label them accordingly. After that, I went back to BPO and I worked with Task Us, I worked with a Health Care Account as a Lead Generation Specialist then eventually transferred to Let Go as a Content Moderator and I approve ads to be posted in a buy and sell website. After almost a year of working with them, I decided to transition to the freelancing industry, I am currently working again in a BPO Company ( Peak Support ) but I worked remotely with them. The last account that I've handled was MarketerHire as a Talent Specialist which lasted for almost half a year. Unfortunately because of the Corona Virus, the client had to downsize to and they had to let me go. Going back to my task, as a Talent Specialist or Matching Professionals we have to match a freelancer in demand with 48 hours. From checking the freelancer's profile to schedule an interview with the client. Right now, my contract with the Peak Support has been paused because Marketerhire had to downsize, that's why I decided to try my luck to look again for another gig.
