I started my career as a backend developer in an IoT company's backend team. Within one year, I was promoted to the team lead role not only based on my working performance, but also the fact that I was able to help team build new micro-services and use CI/CD tool to improve the overall team performance by saving the cost of time on testing and deployment. As a backend developer, I grasped Terraform and Ansible and Kubernetes for infrastructure management and also I made some contribution to open-source community(e.g.: redis-py) Besides, I worked closely with product team and AI team to make development plan and translate the requirements into technical details. If building a secure and scalable backend services is what you want, I believe I will be the good fit.
