I have enjoyed opportunities to design and develop strategies that have catapulted two new company launches and favorably positioned them on their respective industry landscapes. I have personally project managed Sales, Operations and Technical Architecture initiatives, involving areas from software design to creative, strategic SEO utilization, and have played an instrumental role in ensuring that specific sales programs bring about significant cost-savings that start-ups depend upon for their initial growth. I have performed complex user experience analysis. Working on behalf of high-visibility clients including LG Electronics, ExxonMobil, PayPal and Abbott, I conducted extensive competitive analysis and user testing to determine consumer preferences, behaviors and trends. This work tapped all my best skills as a researcher, as it allowed me to participate in predicting and even determining the kinds of products that will be in demand by users in years to come. Additionally, my past experience has included the development of consumer surveys and concept tests, the execution of in-home ethnographies, and the design of major marketing initiatives which directly impacted prototype development, marketing campaigns and final product launches.
