Objective & Scope

  • To create unified & collaborative approach to end-to-end Planning (including Sales Planning, Distribution Planning, Procurement Planning, Production Planning & Scheduling and Financial Plan/P&L Plan). 
  • Overall objective is to improve Order Fulfilment Efficiency, Capacity Utilization, Inventory Optimization and Wastage Reduction, Working Capital Reduction
  • To cover all or selected BUs and Marketing Divisions as per Client requirement


Approach and Project Outcome (in brief)

  • Data Collection, Analysis and brainstorming with all functions (Leadership, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain (Logistics & Warehousing), Production & Operations, Category, Procurement, Finance
  • Mapping of As-Is Processes and Gap-Identification
  • Design of To-Be Processes, S&OP Framework & S&OP Calendar, Analytics Tool along with KPI Dashboard
  • Change Management & Implementation

Tentative 8-10 Months, Actual timeline will depend on project to project basis
