A systematic review built to survive peer review — by a Lancet/GBD co-author and Cochrane Collaboration member.
Most systematic reviews are rejected for methodology, not writing. I am a PhD public health researcher with 11 peer-reviewed publications (h-index 4), a Cochrane Collaboration member, and a named co-author on two Global Burden of Disease 2021 studies published in The Lancet. I have served as PI or Co-PI on research grants from ICMR, UNOPS, NHM and HSTP totalling over INR 1.1 crore, and taught research methods to master's students as an Assistant Professor.

PRISMA 2020 flow diagram and full screening records. Risk of bias assessment (RoB 2, ROBINS-I or Newcastle-Ottawa as appropriate). Meta-analysis in R or STATA: pooled effect estimates, forest plots, heterogeneity (I-squared), subgroup and sensitivity analyses. Publication bias assessment with funnel plot and Egger's test. GRADE certainty-of-evidence rating. Full manuscript formatted for your target journal with Vancouver referencing.
