Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter

I offer you over 6 years of dedicated recruiting experience in pharma/biotech/life sciences talent acquisition and have been responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process in corporate and contingency/FSP staffing functions. These roles included consulting with hiring managers and executives to identify the key attributes, qualities and skill sets demanded for each position, drafting and editing job descriptions, identifying appropriate resources, sourcing talent, coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers, conducting in-depth screens/interviews, managing background checks, and devising and implementing the systems and procedures necessary for bringing these qualified individuals onboard. In my most recent role, I sourced, screened, evaluated, submitted and managed talent for a boutique pharma/biotech consulting company. The positions included a wide range of functional areas such as clinical development, clinical ops, regulatory, IT, pharmacovigilance, and commercial. I was an administrator of the company’s BD/recruiting database (a customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution) and user of its ATS (Crelate). Along with excellent oral and written communication skills you will get a professional with a flair for interviewing, finding unicorns, organizing, tracking and listening.
