Hi! This is Mithu from India. ## LEARNED FROM LIFE : The last 36 years have brought me many things.... Perspective, Maturity, Growth, Adoration, Humility, Belief, Wisdom, Thankfulness. These 36 years have been very difficult for me. Learned how to walk the right way, Trained myself to work, speak, write. Reteaching my brain how to coerce with Others. Keeping my emotions intact during my ups and downs. But throughout these 36 years I have earned Grace, Patience, Gratefulness, Friendship. So I guess troubling times can turn into a blessing. I never asked for this long, difficult walk. I don't think that anyone ever really does. I'm appreciative of my supportive family, My wonderful Friends. Anyone that has helped me throughout these last 36 years. I know it's been a long time but I feel like the day I was born was just like yesterday. Thankful........Blessed.......Wanting more...... In-depth knowledge of LAN maintenance and troubleshooting, including desktop support, configuration, and workstation issues, from initial problem analysis to final end resolution ? Integrate amongst technical support, ensuring multiple tasks and parallel deadlines are met and in line with technological advancements and company growth. • Study and analyze the progress reports submitted by the departmental heads. • Make strategies for the branch office in adherence with the head office’s objectives. • Place orders for supplies, technology, knowledge, finance, etc., to carry out operations. • Communicate the policies, strategies and goals determined by the head office to employees. • Finalize the budget for the branch office and implement cost control measures at work. • Find solutions to problems faced by the employees and pacify their doubts and ill-feelings. • Support the administration by managing the office environment and maintaining discipline. • Issue letters, certificates, and other documents to the concerned employees and external associates of the organization. • Prepare a list of newly appointed employees and mention their appointment date, designation, responsibilities and salary. • Supervise the staff members and ensure that they abide by the rules and regulations set by the organization.
