My Duties and Responsibilities in this line of job is to Help the customer by Fixing their internet,phone,Tv channel problem. basically we're assist them first by basic troubleshooting. and if doesn't work that is the time we fix the problem in our end by using our system.sometimes we also send technician if really needed. we also do selling Products from ala carte to a bundle which means adding phone and tv program to the customers products. we do collecting customers payment as well sometimes.
