I use a dialer (www.five9.com) (provided by the client) to call out businesses and talk to the owner or the one who handles the merchant account. I am informing them that the company that I am representing to is willing to buy them out of their contract with their current credit card processing service provider. I need to get 3 yes’s or confirmation from the customer, then I will transfer the call to one of my managers for them to explain further the company’s services and the benefits that they can get compared to other merchant providers.
