I have served in various industries and performed various tasks including: • Cold Calling: I would make calls from a list of numbers that have not been called before and try to establish contact with the customer and set an appointment for my client to follow up on, or update the list with valid data as I go. • Appointment Setting: I would call on semi-warm or warm leads and convert them into qualified prospects. • Email Marketing: I targeted prospects and presented with custom tailored offers for goods or services via email. • Database Cleansing: Called from old or expired databases and scrubbed the list eliminating bad data like wrong numbers, old names, DNC listing, and any other qualifications that were needed • Subscription Renewal Service: I called customers to convince them to renew their services or even change to another service that the company offers. • Mystery Shopping: Made phone calls to other business to conduct surveys, market research, and customer service training. • Surveys: Called customers to see if they would be a good fit for our product or services. Also obtained information on the level of satisfaction with an existing product and upsell them on another product. • Bilingual Services: I assisted customers who spoke Spanish only and converted them into qualified leads.
