I have 20 years of customer service experience, the last nine have been in the call center environment. English is my primary language. My experience with Microsoft Word is advanced and I have intermediate skills in Excel and Spreadsheets. I can type (40) words per minute and I am proficient in internet usage. I am experienced in diffusing irate customer situations towards a peaceful conclusion.
As a Spanish Interpreter I provide bilingual assistance to non-English speaking external and internal customers. I am also responsible for creating and maintaining the Spanish Connection Tool, a document to assist the Spanish Interpreter Reps, Spanish Translation Reps, Bank Response Reps, and the Customer Response Reps with Spanish translation vocabulary terms. Other responsibilities include giving seminars and presentations to help representatives adapt to the changes that Spanish Interpreters encounter.
