Worked extensively with ALM for test case management. Responsible for planning, design, creating and maintaining scripts for functional and regression testing using UFT 12.01 Automated testing tool. Performed the ADA(American Disabilities Act) tests to make sure the application is accessible to all types of users. Good experience in using Splunk to provide logs to the developers to help and resolve the issues much faster. Maintaining a WiKi report for tracking all the downtime issues due to network, dependent team issues, Data issues etc., and include this report in the QA signoff. Very good in using JIRA for defect logging and tracking also to write and execute test cases using Zephyr tests.
