We continue to be really happy with the team, it is so nice to be able to talk to the developers directly on certain items. They have such a huge wealth of experience from Amazon and EBay API integrations, to industry best practices. While they are primarily back-end developers, we could not find a designer and they stepped into to help and we could not be more happy with the design of both the site and our logo. They have also had some great ideas of their own that we didn't think of and we are so happy that they are contributing their own ideas because it means the final product will be that much better. I know that sometimes they get nervous about the language barrier, but I have been really impressed with their English and I thank them for that. We have chosen to be really involved since we have account management experience and our project managers Irina and Brian have been really accommodating to give us detailed breakdowns of what is being worked on at the beginning of the week and then review that during the demos on Friday. Often our calls are in the evening in the Ukraine and there are always developers staying late, putting in extra effort to deliver cost effective robust solutions in a timely manner. I know things have been tough because of the war going on in the Ukraine, so I want to personally thank the whole team for their work which often goes above and beyond. I can't stress how nice it is to feel like you are working with a partner rather than just buying a service from a company. They have helped talk through the business model and even get introductions to other people and companies who can help us.

I continue to be a happy customer despite the geopolitical events happening in the Ukraine. PHPals went above and beyond to help me create a signup page that was well designed and ready for a tradeshow I was attending. My designer fell through and they were able to pick up the slack with a beautifully designed signup page. Taras was on hand during a weekend to help make some final adjustments so it worked well on the day of the trade show. By their actions they made it very that this is not just another job or project for them but are very intent on helping to make this venture a success for me. A few development items have taken a bit longer to develop then originally planned but PHPals has been up front with me on these things and remain true to the original commitment to complete them per my initial requirements. As I have gotten to know the team over these months of development it feels more like a solid partnership then just an outsourced project and has lead me to start another project with them. Thanks and keep up the good work!

PHPals continues to deliver high quality back end architecture. They have really designed the admin functionality to allow me to have some great control without having to always depend on a coder for every little change. I see even more now how the back end and front end are separate and this will allow me to easily take user feedback and change the user experience without having to drastically change the code. They have even thought ahead and have the language files separate so I can grow into different markets and easily add languages without a heavy code rebuild. Paul has really taken the time to go over my requirements forwards and backwards so he can convey it clearly to the team and I am starting to see that come to light in the both the functionality and the design.

PHPals knows the back end architecture and really think ahead to the growth and scalability of the web software. I am impressed with their foresight. While it may be easy to hard code many things into the site they take the time to do it right and ensure that I as the Admin have lots of options to edit and mange the site and contents. They also take the time to really understand my goals and ideas and work with the development team daily to ensure those goals and ideas are instilled throughout the development process. They received 4 stars for communication and 3 stars for timeliness because there were a couple initial hiccups getting started. But I was able to be honest with them about how things could be done better and they have been very willing to work with me and ensure that I have as much transparency on the project as I need to feel comfortable. They have even talked about meeting in person if necessary. I am am confident that they will be able to earn 5 stars in every area in later reviews.
