Facilitates and conducts classroom training set up for new hires who want to join the business process outsourcing industry. Since we are based in the Philippines, trainings are done to introduce to them the culture of the customers, the nature of the job and the workplace. As well, trainings and coaching are done to help them improve their communication skills for them to understand their customers and to be understood as well.
