I can understand by listening and can write it down in English for others to be able to read if the speech has an accent. Since I am a teacher myself, I dictate mostly to make sure my students listen and write and thereby learn the language through their acts.
I could easily understand accents of people from diverse background hence I feel I can be a best suit for this role.
